I use flowers to allow people to reconnect with who they are, guiding them through connection with nature.

I am an experienced teacher and mentor as well as a sensitive facilitator and Reiki master who enables you, through flowers and nature, to learn about yourself and deepen your connection with nature. I offer 1:1 intensives, skill-based sessions and a range of floral retreats designed to free your brain.

As well as being skilled at getting to the roots of what is blocking you or holding you back , I am an experienced cut flower grower and an established wedding florist who loves to work with nature-loving couples who are drawn to seasonal, free flowing designs.

My workshops and experiences are rooted firmly in nature - come and spend time with me in the garden - forage, create, explore.
