The pathway

This is designed for anyone who finds themselves at a crossroads, knowing they want to change but not quite sure how, or to what. Who want to start ‘something’ involving nature and creativity. You may be an existing creative whose current projects are not feeding your soul and you want to move into something more aligned with who you are and what you love.

We will ditch all the preconceived ideas of what your business should look like, instead you will be encouraged to draw from your own unique interests, experiences, attributes and skills to mould an offering that’s perfect for you.

What does it include?

The sessions are run by me, Rachel Petheram and the wonderful bio artist Fiona Pickles . We are two deeply empathetic souls, connected to the earth, landscape and natural materials. We express our own connection with nature in very different, unique ways and are highly skilled in helping others to find their creative voice.

We will spend time delving into your subconscious to help you uncover what your dream business looks like. We then tailor the sessions to ensure that you have the skills you need to craft something that works for you, as well as the confidence, intention and a clear direction of travel.

We walk alongside you for eight months, giving you time to develop your skills and confidence and allowing us to address any issues as they arise. With one session per month, the pathway consists of totally bespoke learning in Rachel’s floral haven within the kitchen garden at Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire. No more that four students on each cohort allows us to really focus in on you and what you need. Taking time to listen to your intuition, guided by very experienced and powerful facilitators, we will help you to uncover your own unique pathway.
