NATURE CONNECTEDNESS WORKSHOPS

Each workshop is designed to enhance nature connectedness, reduce stress and enhance well-being. By using natural objects as creative prompts, we can tap into our subconscious and get into the right place to work through problems and find some peace and respite. Through the process of meditative artistic work with natural materials, we can experience a deep connection to nature while expressing ourselves creatively and fostering a deep sense of satisfaction and well-being.

Mindful art with nature

This workshop involves a mindfulness walk and forage in the grounds at Doddington Hall to gather natural materials to use for simple eco printing. If the weather permits we can take our work into the grounds and print under the trees in the gardens or in the woods. The aim is to experience a deep connection to nature while expressing ourselves creatively as well as fostering a deep sense of satisfaction and well-being. In addition, nature-based activities help to break down barriers and encourage open communication enabling us to express what we may have been holding on to, or to find connection with like minded people.
